Discounts & Fees
• Senior Citizen Discount- 25% off total service price on all services
• Veteran Discount- 25% off total service price on all services
• Senior Dog Discount- 5% off total service price if all pets are above
the age of 10
• Rescue Worker/Volunteer Discount- 5% off total service price with
proof of employmen/volunteer hours
Referral Program Discount- Refer more than 2 people within a year
and receive 25% off total service for any 7 days of services booked
(additional days added with every referral after the first 2)
Fees
• After Hours Fee- Additional $5 added to service price for any drop in
booked before 7am and after 8pm
• 5% Admin Fee- If paying through Venmo or Time to Pet, additional
5% admin fee added to total service price to cover stripe and Venmo
transaction fees
Cancellation Fee/Policy- LIVE IN CARE requires 2 weeks notice
otherwise charged 75% of total service price. All other services will
must be cancelled within 72 hours otherwise charged 25% of total
service price. Dog walking clients may cancel within 4 hours of their
walk otherwise will require a 25% cancellation fee.
Late Pay Fee- we require payment on or within atleast 3 days of your
payment due date. If payment is not recieved within 72 hours of
payment due date then an additional 5%-25% may be added onto
total service price depending on how many days past due.
